MOST CRANKSHAFTS WILL HAVE A LONGER STROKE. PLEASE READ ALL MEASUREMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING.

For those serious about extreme horsepower, a stronger crankshaft is highly recommended to handle the additional stress. Just like connecting rods, the stock crankshaft can become a weak point as you start to increase the power. The stock crank can only handle so much before it reaches its breaking point. To counter this, Brian Crower offers bullet-proof crankshafts for those looking for the most power possible.

Brian Crower crankshafts are built out of aerospace 4340 billet steel. They are CNC machined on a 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV CNC machine to exacting tolerances (.0001"). This ensures that the crankshaft is a solid piece and minimizes any weak points. Each crankshaft features large radius journals for added rigidity. Gun drilled, CNC ground oil holes feature a smooth surface for extra oiling, tear dropped for added oil scoop, cross drilled for priority main feeding to the rods and micro polished to a mirror finish for optimum bearing lubricity. All cranks are stress relieved, shot peened, magnaflux inspected and nitrided (multi step heat treatment) for the ultimate durability and performance.

Key Features:
  • Aerospace grade 4340 billet or forged steel.
  • CNC machined to exacting tolerances as tight as .0001".
  • Available in "billet" and "forged" options. The forged options are CNC milled from 4340 steel non-twist forgings, whereas the solid billet options are machined directly out of solid billet 4340 steel.
  • Select crankshafts have a special LightWeight version.
  • Each crankshaft is stress relieved, shot peened, magnaflux inspected and nitrided.
  • Most kits will have a longer stroke for added capacity and power.
Fitment Notes: PLEASE ENSURE TO READ ALL MEASUREMENTS AND NOTES ON EACH KIT! It is important to ensure that the measurements match your current setup and will fit any other components your have. Any kit that is unbalanced will require additional work and cutting to balance during install. Please speak with your machine shop to confirm the fitment before proceeding.
