CARB Compliance / Exemption Warning: If you live in California and your application for this product is not CARB Compliant / Exempt, then you cannot purchase it for public highway or street use (in that case it could only be used for formally sanctioned race use on a racing vehicle that may never be used on a public highway or street). If your application is not CARB Compliant / Exempt and you're shipping to California, our system will let you know on the final checkout page.

Sold in sets which include all injectors required for your engine. Connectors (or pigtails) are included for applications that require them, unless noted otherwise.

DeatschWerks takes a unique approach to high flow fuel injectors. Unlike their competitors who offer just "universal" fuel injectors, DeatschWerks provides application specific designed fuel injector sets designed to fit perfectly with little or no modification. Almost all DeatschWerks fuel injectors are engineered to fit OEM intake manifolds and fuel rails perfectly, virtually eliminating the need for custom fuel rails, spacers and associated headaches. What this all means is that you and your tuner can spend less time and money installing the fuel injectors and more time enjoying the vehicle.

In addition to easy install, the DeatschWerks fuel injectors are some of the most precise and accurate fuel injectors available. Each application is engineered to be a match for the engine that it was designed for, not just in size but in function as well. Some of the factors that DeatschWerks uses when creating an injector application include: spray pattern and atomization, coil impedance and specific flow rate. After these factors are all analyzed and implemented, each injector set is quality tested in a number of ways. New applications are thoroughly "beta" tested in the field by some of the best independent tuners to provide valuable feedback and information to to help ensure the highest success possible once the new application is released. DeatschWerks also preforms their own battery of over 20 different quality tests and flow matches each set of injectors precisely to each other (often within 1-2 percent). This precision flow matching is an industry first, due to the fact that flow is tested statically as well as dynamically (pulsed flow and open flow). Larger sets of injectors are even tested at 3 or more pulse widths to ensure accurate fuel delivery throughout the operating range.

Most DeatschWerks injectors have additional data and base calibrations available for common tuning solutions, including COBB, Hondata, and AEM. Additionally all injector sets are accompanied by a custom injector report including: fuel pressure flow rate conversions, cc to lbs conversions, BSFC based horsepower maximums, system balance/flow variance and latency values. Also, keep in mind that if you purchase injectors that flow much more than your factory ones, you will need some sort of aftermarket tuning solution to properly control the injectors.

Common Key Features:
  • Simple "drop in" installation for most applications.
  • E85 compatibility.
  • Flow rated and balanced in house.
  • Flow matched to within 1-2 percent!
  • Excellent spray pattern and atomization.
  • Technical assistance and tuning data available.
  • 3-year comprehensive warranty.

Fuel Injector Size Calculator
Crankshaft Horsepower:
Number of Injectors:
Brake Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC):
Fuel Pressure (at the fuel rail):

Required Injector Size:

BSFC Notes: In most cases, a naturally aspirated engine will have a Brake Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC) of 0.45. A turbocharged car will typically have a 0.50 BSFC, while a supercharged car will be around 0.55 BSFC.

Injector Duty Cycle Notes: This calculator assumes a maximum injector duty cycle of 85% to 90%. This is the industry recommended value for safe and reliable operation of your injectors.

Fuel Pressure Notes: Stock fuel pressure is around 43.5 PSI. If you are running a different fuel pressure than this, then please put the correct value in the box.

Fuel Type Notes: It is assumed you are running regular gasoline. If you are running race gas or E85, then this calculator will not be accurate.
