E85 Info: All DeatschWerks fuel pumps are E85 compatible.

Install Kits: On our site, all the DeatschWerks application specific fuel pumps include install kits!

DeatschWerks In-Tank fuel pumps can provide the additional fuel you need to support your high horsepower build. Available in standard and compact size, these pumps can be used on virtually any Volkswagen Passat with little or no modifications. The optional flow rates of 255, 265, and 340 liters per hour (LPH) provide plenty of fuel for most performance setups, including turbocharged, supercharged, nitrous fed and high compression naturally aspirated engines. DeatschWerks components are tried and true, providing "everything you need and nothing you don't". These high precision pumps are even E85 compatible and use a quiet and efficient turbine impeller design. The competitively priced fuel pumps are backed by DeatschWerks' "3-year no-fault warranty" and application specific kits include virtually everything needed for a simple drop-in fit.

Key Features:
  • Available in standard and compact sizes.
  • Flow rates of 255, 265, and 340 LPH, and more.
  • Application specific pumps include install kits.
  • E85 compatible.
  • Quiet and reliable turbine impeller.
  • Optional Universal Hardware Upgrade Kit that allows you to replace all the OEM wiring to your fuel pump power source (see below for notes).
  • 3-year comprehensive warranty.
Application specific kits are available for most popular vehicles and "Universal" kits offer an option for most other models. Universal install kits include: filter "sock", electrical connector, 4 inches of fuel line, and miscellaneous hardware. Application specific kits include the unique hardware, sock, and clips for your specific model. In general the DW200 and DW300 are used on most older vehicles while the compact size DW65c and DW300c are often used on newer vehicles.

Hardwire Upgrade Kit Notes: Old or bad factory wiring can limit the voltage your fuel pump receives. This hardwire upgrade kit is Universal and includes everything you need to safely, easily, and reliably wire your pump directly to your battery or other power source, ensuring your wiring is up to the task. This kit is not needed if your wiring is in decent shape.

Fuel System Notes: Most performance applications use a "Return Type" fuel system in which the fuel pressure regulator is located in the engine bay and returns unneeded fuel back to the fuel tank via the fuel return line. Some newer vehicles (2001 and newer Civics for example) use a "Return-less Type" fuel system and may need extra modifications to use these high flow fuel pumps properly. Generally the modifications recommended are fairly simple and include: installation of aftermarket fuel rail, fuel regulator, and return line. Feel free to contact us if you need help figuring out what type of system you have and if these mods will be needed.
