10th Gen Honda Civic applications include a new genuine Honda emblem and push nuts for a complete installation. You cannot reuse your factory emblem since it will not fit on this grille.
11th Gen Honda Civic applications reuse your factory Honda emblem and include new push nuts for an easy installation (simply punch out the pre-marked holes in emblem base of the grille).
