The knurled end allows you to grip the SR35 lugs even if you're wearing gloves making them simple to hand tighten and sit the wheel.
These Muteki Lug Nuts feature a 60 degree cone seat and offer a large contact area to the wheel, but are also small enough in diameter to fit most aftermarket wheels. Another feature is that they implemented a 17mm hex drive which allows for better clearance by allowing the installer to use the included 17mm socket or one of their own without clearance issues with the wheels.

Fitment Notes: As with most aftermarket lug nuts, you will probably not be able to use these on your factory wheels due to the tapered lug design. You cannot use these on wheels that require smaller "Tuner Style" lug nuts. Also, never use an impact gun when installing these lug nuts (it can damage them). Lastly, these lug nuts are NOT recommended for use with Extended Wheel Studs.
