CARB Compliance / Exemption Warning: If you live in California and your application for this product is not CARB Compliant / Exempt, then you cannot purchase it for public highway or street use (in that case it could only be used for formally sanctioned race use on a racing vehicle that may never be used on a public highway or street). If your application is not CARB Compliant / Exempt and you're shipping to California, our system will let you know on the final checkout page.

IMPORTANT FITMENT INFO FOR B/D/F/H SERIES ENGINES: If you are using this product on a B/D/F/H Series engine, then you must have a manual transmission and it is recommended you use an aftermarket intake manifold or make adjustments to your current intake manifold throttle body flange to match the bore diameter and keep the IAC (Idle Air Control) passage separate.

The throttle body not only acts as a means of controlling air into the engine, but also a choking point as well. The small diameter of the stock throttle body reduces the amount of air going into the system and robbing you of potential power. BLOX throttle bodies have a larger bore that allows more air into the system, increasing power in the process. Each BLOX throttle body is made of either cast aluminum or CNC machined aluminum. This provides not only strength and durability, but low weight as well. Most kits can even reuse the stock sensors.

Key Features:
  • Increases horsepower and torque by optimizing airflow to your engine.
  • Noticeable gains, even on mostly stock setups.
  • Many models will have multiple sizes.
  • Made of precision die-cast aluminum or CNC machined aluminum.
  • Great reliability and smooth operation - exceeds industry standards.
  • Great when paired with a cold air intake and upgraded intake manifold!
  • Hardware and a NEW THROTTLE BODY GASKET are included when applicable (factory O-rings can be re-used).
Tuning Info: Since this throttle body allows more airflow than your stock throttle body, ADJUSTING THE ECU CALIBRATION AFTER INSTALLING THIS PART IS USUALLY REQUIRED. Otherwise, your car may not drive correctly or get full power.

TPS Sensor Notes: If you think your stock Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) is getting old or is not working correctly, we recommend getting a new TPS sensor to avoid power loss, bogging, and other problems associated with old TPS sensors.
