The throttle body not only acts as a means of controlling air into the engine, but also a choking point as well. The small diameter of the stock throttle body reduces the amount of air going into the system and robbing you of potential power. Takeda throttle bodies have a larger bore that allows more air into your Toyota 4Runner's engine, increasing power in the process. Each Takeda throttle body is made of cast aluminum and has with a large bore size. Each kit also includes a throttle body adapter as well. The adapter is made of 6061-T6 billet aluminum and are precisely machined for strength, fit, and finish. Each spacer also has a serrated/swirl pattern that promotes intake turbulence into the combustion chamber to help atomize the fuel for a more complete combustion. Most option should not require tuning for a simple bolt on solution!
