Knowing that heat is one of the biggest by-products of combustion, Mishimoto has designed their Aluminum Fan and Shroud Kit to eliminate as much heat from the cooling system as possible. These fan and shroud kits are direct replacements for the OEM shroud and fan assembly, and will fit both Mishimoto and OEM radiators. Each kit uses high flow Mishimoto electric fans to flow more air over the radiator core, thereby reducing coolant temps compared to the stock fan and shroud assembly. Most kits are also lighter than the stock fan assembly in your Mitsubishi Lancer. The aluminum shroud is designed to make air flow over the whole radiator core making the radiator more efficient at transferring heat out of the cooling system.
