A'PEXi took power and filtering ability into consideration while making these filters to ensure you get maximum performance and filtering ability. Using a progressive density element provides excellent dust/dirt filtering and also maximizes airflow to the engine. The filter uses a dry style element to prevent any pesky oils from interfering with your factory sensors.
Cleaning Notes: We suggest this air filter should be replaced every 15 to 20 thousand miles, depending on your conditions. Although cleaning the filter is possible, we recommend just replacing the filter when it comes time for a cleaning. Even though this method costs a bit more, it ensures you get the best performance out of the filter.
