For performance vehicles (especially RWD models) proper traction is very important. Standard OEM suspension links often are thin stamped steel arms with soft rubber bushings. The soft steel and rubber materials can flex and twist under stress affecting alignment settings and vehicle control, including acceleration, "squat", deceleration and wheel hop.
The Megan Racing traction rods are perfect for replacing weak or damaged OEM links and increasing performance at the same time. Megan Racing uses high quality self lubricating spherical ball joints instead of rubber bushings to reduce deflection and improve response. These traction rods also utilize high strength tubular steel construction, quality adjustment hardware and triple stage powder coating process. The final product is a super stiff, adjustable light weight traction rod that is perfectly at home on the street or the race track.
Most applications allow caster and slight toe adjustments. For more toe adjustment, rear toe links should be used.
