A steering wheel hub adapter is required if you are using an aftermarket steering wheel. These 6-bolt adapters will work with virtually any aftermarket steering wheel. Each MOMO hub adapter is also collapsible in case of an accident. The hub adapter creates a "crush zone" similar to what the front end of a car does to help protect the driver in a head-on collision.
Fitment Notes: Aftermarket steering wheels require the use of a hub adapter. Steering wheels for vehicles with airbags in the factory steering wheel are generally recommended for racing purposes only (you will lose airbag functionality). If your vehicle has an airbag in its steering wheel, please consider these safety implications before purchasing.
